Pre-day 1

Starting over tomorrow.
I want to see results when I try on dresses in a month.
So what am I going to do?

Shake each day.
Clean eating
Avoid white flour
Avoid sugar
Get up and move
3 meals and 2 snacks
100 oz of water a day.
Journal all food
Wear bodybugg

This is my goal day 1-7.
Day 7 I will reevaluate for day 8- 14 and so on.
