Day 1

Goals
Shake each day- done
clean eating- done, except 1 slip
avoid white flour-slipped on a snack
avoid sugar- see above
get up and move- almost got 5000 steps in today
100 oz of water- got about half of that
journal all food-done
wear bodybugg-done

Had a great day overall, except one thing. Had a confrontation with an insurance guy. Instead of handling it like I should of.. I ate a 640 calorie chemical laden pastry. I couldn't control the anger and I had to have the pastry. I am seeing the connect though, I've never seen it before.
