Day 7

blueberry/peanut butter shake
lunch
blueberry blaster shake
snack
5 tortilla chips and spinach dip
dinner
4 oz of chicken tenders
2/3 cup of sweet corn
snack
grapes

I also mowed the lawn with our push mower, and did 10 minutes of toning video

Not a very productive day, slept a lot but right on track for calories, actually way under but considering yesterday.. I believe that is why.
