Day 6


blueberry blaster shake
dole peach fruit cup
34 fl oz
big J cheeseburger
large fry
1 tomato sandwich with mayo
2 servings of velveeta mac and cheese

total 2742 calories.

I was so hungry I have no idea what is going on. I just could not stop eating.. but if you notice.. I did not have my lunch shake..
Instead of dwelling on it I am making a plan for the next day.

mug of warm water with lemon
breakfast shake
lunch shake
dinner with lots of veggies

28 day bootcamp
10 minute toning video 6 days a week
body rock cardio video 5 times a week

Plus drink my water!
