Day 4


3 chicken crispers with bbq sauce
8 oz water
maverik steak and cheese bundle (347)
8 oz of water
raspberry cheesecake granola bar
raspberry limeade shake-not my favorite
6 chicken nuggets and a small fry (I know this was a bad choice.. )

I stopped and got the bundle on the way to work because I was so hungry when I got off work last night I ate far too much. So beyond breakfast and lunch I brought 2 full shakes and a half a shake to work. Plus granola bar, popcorn, peach fruit cup and pistachios. Just in case..

When I got off work, I was starving! Ugg..
