Day 3

Blueberry and peanut butter shake
3 rice cakes
lunch strawberry and peach mix in shake
water 12 oz
raspberry cheesecake granola bar
Chili's mushroom and swiss burger and fries
16 oz water

I could not get full today. I wanted to eat everything in sight. Which explains the huge hamburger. But I did not finish it I gave 1/4 of it to Max. I also did not finish the fries that came with it. But I did eat about half.
Had to work today. Will start my exercising plan tomorrow.
Came home and realized that my period is about to start.. so I am starving because of that.. great!!
