Day 10


warm lemon water
blueberry blaster shake
italian sausage and spaghetti 10 oz of noodles 8 oz of sauce and meat
chuck o rama for linner..
salad, eggs, poppy seed dressing
1 slice of roast beef, horseradish
a whole wheat roll
1/2 cup of mashed potatoes
4 of the sticky bun things that they have.

working today as well. I brought the left over spaghetti with me so I don't inhale the entire kitchen when I get home haha.
Don't really know how to track today.. not great choices but also nothing near what I would have chosen a few months ago.
