Going forward I want to set some goals. Without goals there is nothing to strive for.

August 1st-      295
September 1st- 280
October 1st-     270
November 1st- 260
December 1st- 250

I truly believe I can accomplish these goals.

Every Day

I got on the scale this morning.. I'm down to 298.4

Woot Woot!!

New goal. 295 by August 1st.

I really want to look different when we have our "engagement party"
I am tenitively planning that for August 11 or 18. Not sure yet.
So goal is:
290 for August 11.
287 for August 18.

If I keep a goal in sight for the long term maybe choices every day won't be so difficult.

This weeks motivation.

I spend $12.99 to sign up for livemind sparkpeople.
I am sitting in a online support & motivation meeting. I will attend every one I can to get my money's worth. What could it hurt?

I started yoga this morning. All 6 minutes haha.. it is difficult!

making pork chops and zucchini and onions for dinner.
did emotionally eat. Found out about ISU dropping my major.. very very disappointed.
