Calorie intake is going well.

Doing pretty good with food this week. Had a few slips but didn't give up. That is a big deal.

I decided to do full body pics. They are enlightening to say the least. I think I just used to the way I looked but when you take a picture... that imagine in your head goes away...

Slip.

I packed a very healthy cooler full of food. I had to go to poky for my college open house and stopped to get gas... and what did I do? 4pc chicken nugget and $1 fry from BK..

Ugh they didn't even taste good so why did I choose to eat it?
