Day 1

Shake each day- done
clean eating- done, except 1 slip
avoid white flour-slipped on a snack
avoid sugar- see above
get up and move- almost got 5000 steps in today
100 oz of water- got about half of that
journal all food-done
wear bodybugg-done

Had a great day overall, except one thing. Had a confrontation with an insurance guy. Instead of handling it like I should of.. I ate a 640 calorie chemical laden pastry. I couldn't control the anger and I had to have the pastry. I am seeing the connect though, I've never seen it before.

Pre-day 1

Starting over tomorrow.
I want to see results when I try on dresses in a month.
So what am I going to do?

Shake each day.
Clean eating
Avoid white flour
Avoid sugar
Get up and move
3 meals and 2 snacks
100 oz of water a day.
Journal all food
Wear bodybugg

This is my goal day 1-7.
Day 7 I will reevaluate for day 8- 14 and so on.

Today is a new day. I feel as though the fog has mostly lifted and I can refocus my energy.

Day 11


not surprised. bad day yesterday.

6 (yes 6) pieces of bread
tomato on 2 sandwiches
apricot jam on last one.
quarter pounder, medium fry from mcdonald's
water 33.8 fl oz
3 oz steak
crinkle fries
16 oz of water

Today has been a bad day. I have that feeling in the pit of my stomach that only food fills. I decided to share my struggles with some people close to me.. It has helped. Yes today was a massive failure. But tomorrow won't be.
